These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pkr365 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using pkr365, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all clauses set out below.

Each user may hold one account only. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your credentials. Sharing login details, opening duplicate accounts or providing false registration information are grounds for immediate suspension.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr365 ("pkr365", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr365 online betting and gaming platform, including all associated mobile interfaces, tools, features and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, accessing your account, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register, access or use the Platform. Access to pkr365 is available in English. The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, to register and use pkr365. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for determining whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkr365 does not accept registrations from users in Restricted Jurisdictions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a citizen of, or resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that local gambling restrictions may apply to them.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and other information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details if they change.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or Bonus Funds.
3.5 KYC Verification. pkr365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a valid CNIC or passport) at any stage. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pkr365 may suspend an Account pending verification.
4.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pkr365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
4.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify pkr365 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account. Contact the Support team via Live Chat in the first instance.
4.3 Account Accuracy. All information held on your Account must remain accurate and current. pkr365 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time. Inaccurate or misleading Account information may result in suspension pending verification or permanent Account closure.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. pkr365 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform at the time the Account becomes dormant.
5.1 Currency. All Account Balances, Wagers and Withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr365 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges; the PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your Account, subject to any fees disclosed at the time of transaction.
5.2 Payment References. pkr365 references familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely as illustrative context for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with any financial institution. Users must verify the availability of specific payment methods on the Platform at the time of their transaction.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change at pkr365's discretion with reasonable notice provided on the Platform.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds. Processing timelines vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
5.5 Withdrawal Verification. pkr365 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, additional security checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Users will be notified of the reason for any delay to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pkr365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available by pkr365 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence solely with respect to that offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or associated winnings, may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each promotion. Failure to complete the Wagering Requirement within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
6.3 Abuse & Exploitation. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus conditions — including but not limited to multi-accounting, staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or the use of automated tools — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds, suspension of the Account and may result in permanent closure.
6.4 Promotion Availability. pkr365 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are available to eligible users only as defined in each offer's specific terms.
6.5 Switch Bonus. Any advertised switch or migration bonus (including the illustrative PKR 10,000 figure referenced elsewhere on the Platform) is subject to the eligibility and wagering conditions published at the time of the offer. No guaranteed bonus tier match is implied. PKR amounts shown in promotional materials are illustrative examples unless explicitly stated as current active offers.
7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. pkr365 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where a Wager is placed in error, where a market has been suspended, or where there is reason to believe the Wager is part of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
7.2 Settled Results. All sporting and game results are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider. pkr365 is not responsible for typographical errors in odds displays and reserves the right to correct and re-settle any Wager where an obvious error has occurred.
7.3 Cricket & Sports Events. For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and other Pakistan cricket events — settlement rules specific to each market are available within the sportsbook. In-play wagers are subject to real-time odds changes; once accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance apply.
7.4 Live In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Wagers placed during a suspension period will be voided. pkr365 is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a User from placing or amending an in-play Wager.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. Maximum winning amounts per Wager or per day may apply. These limits are published in the betting rules section of the Platform. pkr365 reserves the right to impose individual account limits where betting patterns are identified that fall outside normal risk parameters.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkr365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required:
pkr365 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in connection with any investigation of suspected illegal activity conducted via the Platform.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of pkr365 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. pkr365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pkr365. Scraping, data-mining or extracting Platform content by automated means is strictly prohibited.
10.1 Platform Availability. pkr365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will endeavour to restore service after any interruption as quickly as reasonably practicable.
10.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of profits.
10.3 Force Majeure. pkr365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, power outages or internet infrastructure failures.
10.4 Third-Party Content. The Platform may include content sourced from third-party game providers, sports data providers and other suppliers. pkr365 is not liable for the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any third-party content displayed on the Platform.
11.1 Player Protection. pkr365 is committed to responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. Users are strongly encouraged to set personal limits before they begin playing.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your life, finances or relationships, you may activate a self-exclusion period through your Account settings or by contacting our Support team. Self-exclusion periods range from a defined minimum period up to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, pkr365 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent Account access.
11.3 Age Verification Obligation. pkr365 takes minor protection seriously. We reserve the right to suspend an Account pending satisfactory age verification at any time. Any winnings generated by a minor will be forfeited.

12.1 pkr365 Rights. pkr365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 User-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Support via Live Chat. Any Account Balance remaining at the time of closure (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, all pending Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with clause 12.2.
13.1 Right to Amend. pkr365 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent on-Platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 12.2 before the amendment takes effect.
13.3 Version Control. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr365 holds its operating license. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the Platform's licensing information section.
14.2 Pakistan Legal Position. pkr365 does not hold a gambling license issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority and does not claim that online gambling is legal under Pakistani law. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may restrict online gambling. This clause does not constitute legal advice. Users in Pakistan must obtain independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of using this Platform in their specific circumstances.
14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a Wager settlement, account balance or bonus application, Users should first contact Support via Live Chat to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant complaints procedure described in the Platform's Help Center. pkr365 is committed to resolving complaints fairly and in a timely manner.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
