pkr365 ("pkr365", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every user ("you", "your", "User") of the pkr365 Platform. The following defined terms are used throughout this Policy:

3.1 Identity. pkr365 acts as the Data Controller in respect of Personal Data collected and processed through the Platform. As Data Controller, pkr365 determines the purposes for which Personal Data is processed and is responsible for ensuring that Processing is conducted lawfully, fairly and transparently.
3.2 Third-Party Processors. Where pkr365 engages third-party Data Processors — such as KYC service providers, payment technology suppliers, game studios and platform infrastructure providers — those processors act only on pkr365's documented instructions and are bound by written data-processing agreements that impose obligations consistent with this Policy.
3.3 Contact. Queries relating to data controller responsibilities, data subject rights requests, or complaints regarding data processing practices should be directed to the Support team. Contact details are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.
pkr365 collects Personal Data in the following categories, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

4.1 Special Category Data. pkr365 does not intentionally collect special category Personal Data (such as health data, religious beliefs or biometric data) unless specifically required for responsible gambling assessments or regulatory compliance. Where such collection is necessary, we will seek explicit Consent.
4.2 Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all Personal Data you provide is accurate, complete and current. Inaccurate data may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Where Processing is based on Consent, you may withdraw your Consent at any time by updating your account preferences or contacting Support. Withdrawal of Consent does not affect the lawfulness of Processing that occurred prior to withdrawal.
pkr365 uses Personal Data collected from Users for the following purposes:
7.1 No Sale of Personal Data. pkr365 does not sell, rent or trade Personal Data to any third party for their independent marketing or commercial purposes.
7.2 Service Providers. pkr365 may share Personal Data with the following categories of Data Processor, strictly for the purposes described in this Policy:
7.3 Legal Disclosures. pkr365 may disclose Personal Data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, courts or other governmental authorities where required by applicable law, court order or to protect the rights, property or safety of pkr365, its users or the public.
7.4 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or substantially all of pkr365's assets, Personal Data held by pkr365 may be transferred to the acquiring entity. Users will be notified of any such transfer that materially affects how their Personal Data is processed.
8.1 Cross-Border Processing. pkr365 and its Data Processors may process Personal Data in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. Some of these jurisdictions may have different data protection standards from those applicable in Pakistan.
8.2 Safeguards. Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, pkr365 implements appropriate safeguards to protect that data, including contractual clauses in data-processing agreements that impose data protection standards consistent with this Policy. Where transfers occur to service providers in jurisdictions with adequacy decisions or equivalent frameworks, pkr365 relies on those frameworks as an additional safeguard.
8.3 User Acknowledgement. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan, subject to the safeguards described in this section.
9.1 Retention Periods. pkr365 retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. The following general retention periods apply:
9.2 Secure Deletion. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to an identified individual.
10.1 What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the Platform. They enable the Platform to recognise your device across sessions, maintain your login state, remember preferences and gather analytical data about Platform performance.
10.2 Types of Cookies Used.
10.3 Managing Cookies. You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair Platform functionality; disabling other cookie types will not prevent you from using the Platform but may reduce the quality of your experience. 10.4 Other Tracking Technologies. In addition to cookies, pkr365 may use web beacons, pixel tags and local storage technologies for similar purposes. These are subject to the same consent and opt-out mechanisms described above.
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by pkr365. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Support team as described in Section 15. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days in ordinary circumstances.
Request a copy of the Personal Data pkr365 holds about you and information about how it is processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held on your Account.
Request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to overriding legal retention obligations.
Request that pkr365 restrict the Processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, such as while a rectification request is being assessed.
Request a structured, machine-readable copy of Personal Data you have provided to pkr365 where Processing is based on Consent or contract.
Object to Processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing at any time. Marketing opt-outs take effect immediately; other objections are assessed case by case.
Where Processing relies on Consent, withdraw that Consent at any time via account settings or by contacting Support, without affecting prior lawful Processing.
Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction if you believe your Personal Data has been processed unlawfully.
pkr365 may need to verify your identity before processing a data rights request. We will not charge a fee for reasonable requests but reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
12.1 Age Restriction. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. pkr365 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the minimum age requirement.
12.2 Minor Access Discovery. If pkr365 discovers or is notified that Personal Data has been collected from a minor, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the relevant Account. Any winnings generated by a minor will be forfeited in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
12.3 Parental Responsibility. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you have reason to believe a minor has accessed pkr365, please contact Support immediately via Live Chat.
13.1 Platform Scope. This Policy applies only to Personal Data processed by pkr365 through the Platform. The Platform may integrate with third-party game providers, sports data feeds and other technology suppliers. These integrations operate under their own privacy policies, which pkr365 does not control.
13.2 No Liability for Third-Party Practices. pkr365 is not responsible for the data practices of third-party technology providers embedded in the Platform. Users interacting directly with third-party environments — for example, a game studio's live-chat feature — should review the relevant third party's privacy policy. pkr365 assesses third-party suppliers prior to integration and requires compliance with data protection standards through contractual obligations.
14.1 Right to Update. pkr365 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations or Platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or prominent on-Platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect where reasonably practicable.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
14.3 Version History. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically. Where significant changes have been made, a summary of key changes will be provided alongside the updated Policy.

15.2 Complaint Escalation. If you are dissatisfied with pkr365's response to a data rights request or privacy complaint, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant data protection supervisory authority or regulatory body in your jurisdiction. pkr365 will cooperate fully with any such authority in connection with a legitimate investigation.
